A/N: WARNING!! This chapter is very dark and violent - although, not in graphic detail. As the title and premise has forewarned, we had to reach this point. I am hoping to get this part of the story resolved between this chapter and the next. Bear with me... we are getting closer to the wrap-up stage, which hopefully means closer to a happy ending.
