I don't know if I'm allowed to post this here (if not, it can be removed), but I just have a quick question. So, I've read quite a few fanfics where Ianto hels Jack get his greatcoat on. While I remember at one point in the actual show Ianto hands Jack his coat, never do I remember him actually helping him put it on. So, where did the idea come from -- did the show have such a scene or was it a follow-up on the scene with Ianto handing Jack his coat? Thanks.
