Character Most In Need of Getting Killed Off: Gwen Cooper - Torchwood (Eve Myles did get a nom for best actress in the earlier round of voting; whether or not she made it to the top ten remains to be seen.)

Most Welcome New Character: Amy Pond AND the Eleventh Doctor - Doctor Who
