The 2012 Art Fest has begun at
torchwood_fest. If you can create it we will probably accept it! ;-p Fanvids, Icons, Layouts, Crafts, Gifs, Baked goods, Traditional art, etc. This is an art fest after all. No fic allowed.The fest runs until July 31st. You must be a member of the community in order to participate. In order to join you must be 18+ and have an age statement on your profile.
